Testimonials

“Before I started the course, I felt busy all the time, exhausted, wasn’t really sure how to cope with all of my feelings. The course has been a clear guide to bettering my mental fitness. I feel like I understand myself and the way my mental health works a lot more.”

- K.P. (student)

“I was stressed about school, and trying to organize my thoughts was overwhelming. Throughout the units of the course, I have earned a better understanding of not only my mental well-being, but my physical and emotional health as well.”

- J.L. (student)

“My favourite part of the course is hearing other people share their experiences. It feels good to know that you are not alone [...] I would recommend this course to teenagers who are struggling, parents who don't understand, and teachers who need resources.”

- P.H. (student)

“HLF's Mental Fitness course should be taught in schools where the need to advocate for the mental health of oneself and others is at the forefront of today’s society.”

- J.R. (teacher)
