15 Rounds - Mental Health Fight Night

15 Rounds is a fun and intense boxing workout instructed by Rhyland Qually. Proceeds went towards HLF’s mission of providing mental fitness education and funding students entering postsecondary education.

A 60-minute high-intensity workout that includes:

  • Jump rope

  • Shadow boxing

  • Heavy bag work

  • Bodyweight calisthenics

15 rounds of workout:

  • 3 minutes of work

  • 1 minute of rest in between
