Learners will practice being mindful of their thoughts and emotions through our in-class practices such as mindful movements, meditation, and reflection.

Diverse Activities

Keeping in mind the different learning styles, we incorporate a wide range of teaching methods, including individual reflection space, group discussion, interactive games, and more.

Scientific Content

Learners will get reliable content that is supported by psychological science research and assessed by a team of professors, high school teachers, and certified wellness practitioners.

Practical Solutions

The classes will provide learners practices that can become a part of their routine. Students can use the tools they gain from these courses to mindfully navigate their daily lives.

Mindful Social Media & Building An Authentic Community

Social media has a profound impact on our thoughts and emotions. Learn how to navigate it mindfully with our course.

Fundamentals of Social Justice

This course breaks down the roots and racialized trauma and how to mindfully overcome racialized trauma over 6 weeks. The next 6 weeks teach students how to make the changes in their community to promote social justice. 

Introduction to Dating and Building Healthy Relationships

Healthy relationships can raise you up, and toxic relationships are detrimental to your well-being. This course will be your guide to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
